"This one is about getting old with the one you love in a world you really don’t. Since writing and recording the last album, I had been dealing with a handful of minor health issues, aches, pains and various other grievances. Despite being recently married to a wonderful woman, I found myself incapable of writing a corny love song… this is the closest I’ve been able come to it.
We got to collaborate with keyboardist Jake Sherman on this track, who played the Rhodes and an turned in incredible synthesizer solo at the tail end."
